In this Agreement, "we" and "us" means 886644, and "you" means the Affiliate participating in the Program.
 1: General Rules All Affiliate Sites must comply completely with all the terms and conditions set forth here. We reserve the right to terminate the service and withhold payment from any Affiliate Site that violates any of these terms.
2: Privacy Protection No information of a member is released to agencies for privacy protection.
3: Affiliate Partner Information No information of an agency is released to third parties for privacy protection.
4: Service Refusal Right We may refuse providing services if the site is deemed by us to be unsuitable. We reserve the right to conclude that the Site is unsuitable in accordance with our standards without any duty to show reasons.
5: User Authorization Method The admission effect by the advertisement is returned to an agency as an incentive fee in this service.
6 : ID And Password You are not allowed to disclose ID and Password provided to third parties, and we do not disclose your ID and Password to third parties under no circumstance. However, we would notify agency that lost its ID and Password if and only if we authorize that the agency that forgets its ID and Password is the agency itself.
7: Responsibilities You will be solely responsible and liable for the development, operation and maintenance of your site and for all materials that appear on your site.
8: Fraudulent Activities If agency commits any fraudulent activities, including but not limited to advertisement with breach of this agreement, spamming, or unlawful acts, we reserve the right in its sole discretion to terminate the Affiliate Account at any time, and deduct commissions to cover our loss from future commission.
*Inappropriate or misleading advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks). *Modification of HTML codes in banner without our permission. *Any illegal activities to mislead traffic *Earning click count either by hand or using scripts or tools.
9: Standard Appraising Period All accumulated click during the 1st day of the month and the last day of the month will be calculated each month.
10: Valid Click Count Click during the 1st day of the every month and the last day of the same month will be counted as valid click count except for clicks by non-unique visitors. Agencies will be notified in case of changes in settings.
11: Commission Modification We reserve the right to modify the commission in case of exchange fluctuation.
12: Payment Due Date Modification This service makes the end of the month a bundle to the agency in Japan every month, and performs transfer procedure of the amount of money which sold to the account of the specification of an agency on the 20th (in the case of a bank holiday following business day) of next month, transferred from the margin, and deducted the commission. When agencies other than Japan reach the amount of money which can be paid, an agency shall perform the payment request by e-mail to the person in charge of this service. The last day of the requested month is made into a bundle, and transfer procedure of the amount of money which sold to the account specified by an agency on the 20th (in the case of a bank holiday following business day) of next month, and deducted a remittance charge, charges for remittance, and the commission earned from the margin is performed. Moreover, he shall not promise in advance the days which start overseas remittance after the completion of procedure. There shall be a case where it becomes impossible to remit according to the international situation. *Date and time are based on Japan Standard Time
13: Minimum Required Amount On account of our office procedure, commissions accumulate until reaching \10000(10000 Japanese Yen) for next month. The maximum duration for carry-over is five months. The payment has to exceed \10000(10000 Japanese Yen) to be paid for any withdrawal.
14: Charge back We will deduct commissions paid on the sale from future commission in case of charge back. However, we will not claim agency even if the sales show loss.
15: Monitoring We inspect your site everyday by using our new fraud monitoring system. This system takes logs for any violations, finds where the banners are, and inspects whether html codes have been modified. We reserve the right in its sole discretion to monitor your site at any time, and from time to time determine whether you are in compliance with the terms of this Agreement in accordance with our standards without any duty to explain.
16: Fraudulent Credit Card If a user makes a payment using a fraudulent credit card, we will deduct any commissions paid on the sale from future commission. Fraudulent activities by agencies will cause termination of this agreement and forfeit all moneies due under it.
17: Information Modification You have duty to notify us when your information is modified. We do not take responsibilities for the notice from us, delay of the money transfer procedure, or others if we do not receive this notice.
18: The Duty To Protect Privileged Information You are not allowed to disclose any information from our system to third parties. This information includes but not limited to any information on our system, and e-mail from us and their contents.
19: Agreement Modification We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on this site.
20: Account Termination We have got the right to terminate your Affiliate account at any time after an advance notice.
21: Effective Date The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate Program.
22: Observance Duty Joining member must be 18 years old or older, and must observe and abide by the domestic and foreign law, ordinance, and rules.
23: The Sites Banned To Insert Our Advertisement *Any illegal activities *Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others *Include Unlawfull, Defamatory, or Abusive Language. *Others that are considered inappropriate.
24: Free Web Site Free web sites in our group sites are not the subject for remuneration return.
25: After registration the Affiliate Program you acknowledge that you have agreed to receive unperiodical e-mail from us. |
